Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved, in its meeting held in Dec. 4, Zara Investment Holding's capital increase through a secondary offering. A total of 10.6 million secondary shares will be offered at an issue price of JOD 1 each, through a private placement for Najwa Mohamed Al Mady and Bahrain's Al- Massira International Company.
